Watch Dana White's UFC 170 Video Blog Part 1

Every week is fight week anymore, but in the warm-up for UFC 170, Dana White has released a whole bunch of backstage UFC footage from the last few months of events. Including Mark Munoz after his loss to Lyoto Machida, footage from the TUF 18 finale, Ronda Rousey talking to fans, the brutal condition Derek Brunson was in after fighting Yoel Romero, and a whole lot more.

As always these remain my favorite promos that the UFC puts together and they rarely feel exceptionally one sided in the positive or negative light they cast over the organization. So, check it out.
