The Pettis brothers are coming home with an extra $100,000 as both Sergio and Anthony Pettis picked up bonuses for their wins at UFC 181. Anthony became the first man to submit Gilbert Melendez, as he choked him out with a guillotine to successfully defend his UFC lightweight title. His brother Sergio on the other hand, took on Matt Hobar and both men put on a Fight of the Night performance as they went to an entertaining decision that both got them some extra cash.

The fourth bonus maker on the stacked card was Josh Samman, who after a long and tough road back to the Octagon, returned on the best way possible with a picture perfect head kick knockout. The knockout win netted Samman a well-deserved performance of the night bonus, on a very special night for the Bloody Elbow regular.
