Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson signs with UFC according to report

Despite being under contract with Bellator, reports have Rampage Jackson signing a new deal with the UFC.

Bellator may have something to say about tonight's big news, but for now all we can say is that reports have Quinton Jackson returning to the UFC. "Rampage" had been fighting for Bellator since a very public falling out with the UFC, but in recent weeks there had been much chatter that he'd signed a new deal to return to the octagon.

The news was reported as confirmed moments ago by Sherdog and comes before what appears to be a planned announcement by the UFC during tonight's Fox Sports 1 broadcast -- they've been teasing a big announcement during the main card all night.

The Sherdog report also says that Bellator has confirmed that Rampage is still under contract with them.

There's no word as of yet on what Bellator plans to do, but Josh Gross tweeted out the following:
