SBNation's Phoenix Carnavale was at the UFC 169 media day yesterday and put 5 UFC stars "On the Spot" with the question: "What kind of fighter are you?"

UFC Featherweight champ Jose Aldo, challenger Ricardo Lamas, Bantamweight title challenger Urijah Faber and Heavyweights Frank Mir and Alistair Overeem all grapple with the question.

Phoenix will be at most all the UFC 169 events so let her know what questions you'd like to see her ask in the comments.
