Decorated BJJ champ and undefeated MMA fighter Alberto Mina has been part of our top prospect lists for quite some time now, and following an impressive first round knock out at Rebel FC 1 last month, he has gained even more notoriety. So much so that his breakthrough performance against Team Quest's Glenn Sparv has eventually led to a UFC deal.

The Asia-based Brazilian trains out of Epic MMA, and Bloody Elbow has learned that the gym has announced the signing to its members. According to the top Hong Kong gym, Mina will be making his debut just across the river when the UFC hosts the TUF: China Finale in Macau this March.

Mina, 31, has black belts in both BJJ and Judo, and is 10-0 so far in his career with every single fight ending with a finish. No opponent has been named as of this writing, but an official announcement is expected to be made by the UFC in the coming days.

The TUF: China Finale card will be headlined by a welterweight bout between John Hathaway and Dong Hyun Kim, and will also host the welterweight and featherweight finals from the Chinese iteration of the Ultimate Fighter reality show.

Check out the current line up below, and stay tuned for more updates as it becomes available.
