UFC Fight Night 28 results: Glover Teixeira knocks out Ryan Bader

The light heavyweights came to brawl in the main event of UFC Fight Night 28. Unfortunately for Ryan Bader, Glover Teixiera was too much for him in that department. After three minutes of back-and-forth action, Glover dropped Bader with a huge left and pounded him out for the TKO victory. The finish officially came at 2:55 of round one.

Bader came out with a jab and a takedown attempt that failed immediately. He looked for a guillotine but couldn't lock it up. Glover took a punch that dropped him but when Bader tried to come in for the kill, Teixeira clubbered him with a left and sent him sprawling to the mat. After some ground and pound, Bader was done and the fight was waved off.

The win moved Teixeira to 5-0 in the UFC, and he has won an incredible 20 straight fights overall. Bader has now lost two out of his last three, and he has been finished in all four of his career losses.
