2013 FILA World Championships of Wrestling Day 5 Live Video Stream

Good morning, and welcome to day 5 of the World Championships of Wrestling. Today features the final two women's freestyle weights as well as the first Greco-Roman weight for men.

In women's freestyle, the USA will feature Veronica Carlson at 67kg and Adeline Gray at 72kg. Gray is a former world champion at 67kg, while Carlson is wrestling at her first world championship.

Personally, I'm looking forward to watching Gray wrestle, she is the last best chance for a women's gold at these championships.

The first American Greco wrestler to go will be Spenser Mango at 55kg. Mango has represented Team USA at about five thousand international events at this point. He's fun and exciting, and this could be the year he finally breaks through and medals. I see him as one of the two top medal contenders in Greco for the United States.
