UFC's Dana White hoping Mayweather vs. Canelo breaks the PPV record

UFC president Dana White loves "to see boxing kill it like this" and hopes that Floyd Mayweather, Jr. vs. Canelo Alvarez breaks the PPV record.

Fans love to portray the UFC and the sport of mixed martial arts as being locked in a war to the death against boxing but that's just not how UFC president Dana White sees things. He had a very telling Twitter exchange with boxing scribe Dan Rafael:

So there you have it. Dana White is rooting for Mayweather vs. Alvarez to break the all-time PPV record and he expects to someday pay a fighter $41.5 million or more.
