The UFC has released its Countdown preview show for UFC 157: Rousey vs. Carmouche which takes us behind the scenes with Women's Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey as she prepares to defend her title against former Strikeforce title contender Liz Carmouche, Feb. 23 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.
The UFC 157 Countdown special also featured the Dan Henderson vs Lyoto Machida co-main event and Bantamweighs Urijah Faber vs. Ivan Menjivar.
