In a busy and stacked year for boxing, this is the year's closing PPV event, and it's a good one. Here, Pacquiao steps back into the ring for the first time since his crushing KO loss to Juan Manuel Marquez last year. Even before that fight, there were questions being asked about how much longer Pacquiao had left in the sport. Now, after finding himself face down on the canvas, those questions must be asked even louder. Brandon Rios is coming off his own loss in a tough, great fight against Mike Alvarado. The all-action, straight-ahead Rios is seen by many as a hand-picked perfect foil rebound fight for Pacquiao here, but that's definitely being too presumptuous. We still don't know how much that KO took out of Pac and what he has left. If there's not much still in the tank, Pacquiao could be primed to lose his "3rd" (ahem) in a row. It's a fascinating fight, and beyond that, it should just be a great clash.

Manny Pacquiao (54-5-2; 38 KOs) vs. Brandon Rios (31-1-1; 22 KOs) - Welterweight (147 lbs)

Despite coming off a devastating KO in his last match, Pacquiao showed up in full form tonight. From the opening round he looked quicker and more effective than Rios. As always, Brandon was a game opponent, but he wasn't able to find an advantage over Pac. When the final scorecards were read, Manny took every one for the unanimous decision (120-108. 119-109, 118-110)

Evgeny Gradovich (17-0; 8 KOs) vs. Billy Dib (36-2; 21 KOs) - Featherweight (126 lbs)

Gradovich retains his Featherweight title with a TKO win over Dib in round 9

Andy Ruiz Jr. (20-0; 14 KOs) vs. Tor Hamer (21-2; 14 KOs) - Heavyweight

Ruiz wins by TKO (retirement) over Hamer after four rounds

Zou Shiming (2-0; 0 KOs) vs. Juan Toscano (4-0; 1 KO) - Flyweight (112 lbs)

Shiming dominates en route to a dominant decision over Toscano

Felix Verdejo (8-0; 6 KOs) vs. Duanaaymukdahan Petchsamuthr (8-1; 1 KO) - Junior Lightweight (130 lbs)

Verdejo def. Petchsamuthr by unanimous decision (60-53 x 3).
