Chael Sonnen: Keep God out of the cage

Steve Bordchardt of MMA Mania has an epic interview with Chael Sonnen in which he gets the notorious UFC star to really open up about hyping fights, Wanderlei Silva, Jon Jones, The Ultimate Fighter, Nick Diaz, Superstar Billy Graham and more. Here's a tasty little quote about fighters who bring up their religion in the cage:

These guys are fist fighting in a steel cage for a paycheck and the applause of a drunken audience. Don't pretend to be something you're not.

And don't bring up God. As a devout Catholic I'm tremendously offended when somebody acts as though God is playing a hand in a fistfight on Saturday night. Newsflash people: God has better things to do.
