UFC 152 Video: Jon Jones Career Retrospective

Presswire

Here's a new video career retrospective of UFC Light Heavyweight champ Jon Jones. The 24-year-old champ has compiled a 16-1 record as a pro, with his sole loss being via disqualification in a fight he was completely dominating. Jones has picked up 11 of those wins in the UFC against the best competition in the sport.

Just in the last 18 months alone, Jones has demolished a who's who of LHW legends including former UFC champs Mauricio "Shogun" Rua, Lyoto Machida, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, and Rashad Evans. Dan Henderson likely escaped that fate by partially tearing his MCL and triggering a series of events that forced the cancellation of UFC 151.

But it was Jones that UFC president Dana White blamed and the fans followed Dana's lead. Now it's going to be very interesting to see if the UFC can rebuild the luster of their biggest star in time to sell this weekend's UFC 152 which features Jones vs. Vitor Belfort.
