So UFC 153 just blew up. No one has any idea what is going to happen now that Jose Aldo is out of his featherweight title fight with Frankie Edgar. He hasn't defended the belt since January, and no one knows the severity of his injury yet. Could there be an interim title? Will Edgar still even be competing on the card? All the speculation didn't stop former WEC featherweight champion Urijah Faber from tweeting that he'd be up for facing Edgar. He'd also like his teammate Chad Mendes to get the shot:
Weighed 158 yest"@thesensation82: @danawhite edgar v @urijahfaber for Interim belt? I'm sure the Cali kid wouldn't mind stepping up weight."

How about it folks? Does anyone want to see Edgar face off with either Faber or Mendes? Mendes definitely sounds like the more logical bout of the two, but Faber has a much higher profile. Neither sound like great matchups for a Brazilian card though.
