Daniel Cormier Opens As Big Favorite Over Frank Mir

The betting line for the Strikeforce heavyweight bout between Grand Prix champion Daniel Cormier and former UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir is out, and Cormier is a heavy favorite initially. There is some disparity in the three lines that are currently out though. Here's how it looks right now:

The line above represents the best price you can get each fighter at right now. Cormier is as high as -350 on 5Dimes though. 5Dimes actually opened the line at -260/+180, and all the early money came in on Cormier. The later lines came in around where the 5Dimes lines was sitting at the time.

The fight is now expected to take place on an October 27th Strikeforce card, but no location has been chosen as of yet. Cormier will be moving over to the UFC after the bout, and Mir will return there as well.
