Ryron and Rener Gracie return with another edition of the Gracie Breakdown, this time focused on the action at UFC on Fox 3: Diaz vs. Miller.
They do a great job of untangling the human spaghetti battle that was Alan Belcher vs. Rousimar Palhares. Palhares, the reigning leg lock master of the UFC with half-a-dozen lower body submissions in the big leagues, aggressively attacked Belcher's legs in the bout. Belcher, originally a Muay Thai stylist had clearly trained well for this fight because he not only defended Palhares' attacks, but threatened with a twister submission attack of his own. The Gracies ably break down every move of the exchange that allowed Belcher to evade Palhares' attacks and get positioned to win the fight with ground and pound.
They also break down Nate Diaz' absolutely lethal guillotine choke to finish Jim Miller in the main event. Enjoy.
