UFC on FOX 5: Henderson vs. Diaz fight card

Ron Chenoy-US PRESSWIRE

The UFC returns to the Emerald City and it promises to be one of the best events of 2012. FOX hosts the lightweight title fight between Benson Henderson and Nate Diaz, but the rest of the card is sensational. The co-main event is a light-heavyweight showdown between Mauricio Rua and Swedish sensation Alexander Gustafsson. B.J. Penn also faces Canadian talent Rory MacDonald, which tells you how stacked this card is.

Lest we forget the preliminary card, which features great matchups such as Brendan Schaub vs. Lavar Johnson and Nam Phan vs. Dennis Siver.

By the way, marijuana is legalized in Washington on December 6th, so it's only fitting that Nate Diaz gets to fight in Seattle two days later.

FOX card starts at 8 PM ET/5 PM PT, but before that you can catch the prelims on FUEL TV (and presumably Facebook).

Main Card:

Ben Henderson (17-2) vs. Nate Diaz (16-7) [LW Title]
Alexander Gustafsson (14-1) vs. Mauricio Rua (21-6)

Matt Brown (15-11) vs. Mike Swick (15-4)
