World Series of Fighting is a new promotion based out of Las Vegas who scored a TV deal with NBC Sports Network (formerly Versus), the channel that used to run WEC programming. Their first card is scheduled for November 3rd at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, and it's pretty stacked. Most of the fights on the card contain at least one former Zuffa employee, and it looks pretty good from top to bottom. The main event pits former UFC heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski against Strikeforce vet Devin Cole. Also on the main card are UFC names Anthony Johnson and Miguel Torres, and K-1 veteran Tyrone Spong will be making his MMA debut as well (his bout was just bumped up to the main card today).
