Amid subtle product placement, Brock Lesnar took to Youtube to announce "I'm back." But that was it. Brock gave no indication of if he was in the gym or when he expected to fight again. (He did, however, shoot a bunch of heavy guns and talked about "animal disintegration.")

MMA Weekly caught up with UFC President Dana White, who shed some light on the former heavyweight champ:

"Brock's gonna get back in the gym in September. Start training again, cause he hasn't done anything since his surgery -- training wise. Brock will probably be back the first of the year."

Some speculation arose that Lesnar would be the man to anchor the UFC's first event on Fox, which they announced would take place on November 12 in Anaheim. You can officially toss his name out of that ring.

Frank Mir has been linked as the most likely opponent for Lesnar's return. That was the UFC's intention before Lesnar's latest round with diverticulitis. Lesnar and Mir split a pair of bouts at UFC 81 and UFC 100.
