Patrick Cote vs. Alan Belcher - Round 1 - Belcher landing some decent body kicks early and Cote with a leg kick.  Low blow from Belcher and there's a break.  Cote lands a flurry of hard shots to Belcher's head.  Belcher back to the body kicks from a distance and now Cote shoots and gets the takedown.  Cote goes for a kimura and it is deep but Cote sweeps off the bottom. Belcher passes to side control. Cote rolls and is looking to get back to standing but Belcher rolls him back.  Cote bleeding near the right eye.  The round ends and it was 10-9 Belcher.  Round 2 - Belcher forgot his mouthpiece coming out of the corner so they're restarted after 15 seconds.  Left hook from Cote just misses.  Three punch combo from Cote and another left hook.  Cote with some hard shots and Belcher is going backward.  Knee to the body from Belcher in return.  Belcher working knees to the leg against the cage. Both men landing but Cote getting the better of it.  Belcher grabs cote as he's going for the takedown and drives him down on his face and immediately sinks in the rear naked choke for the submission win.  Cote is complaining that it was an illegal spike and it was close but the fight is over.  Alan Belcher wins by submission (rear naked choke), round 2.

Kimbo Slice vs. Matt Mitrione - Round 1 - Head kick from Mitrione just glances off Kimbo's head.  Right hand by Slice.  Mitrione goes for a head kick again and Kimbo uses it to take him down with a big slam.  Mitrione with a triangle choke and it looks deep but Slice manages to survive and takes side control.  Mitrione gets back to half guard.  Mitrione gets an underhook and stands up.  Kimbo with a single leg and gets the takedown again.  Kimbo lets him stand up and looks tired.  Mitrione misses the high kick.  Knee to the head by Mitrione and a hard leg kick.  Knee again and a big leg kick.  Another leg kick and Kimbo falls, that one hurt him.  Mitrione with an anaconda choke and the round ends.  10-9 Mitrione for coming closer to finishing the fight and doing the more damaging blows.  Round 2 - One-two combo from Mitrione.  Kimbo shoots again but he's pretty tired so there isn't much on the attempt.  Left hand by Mitrione. Leg kick by Mitrione.  Kimbo is badly gassed.  He can't even check the kicks any more.  Mitrione is punishing him.  Mitrione with more kicks and he blasts him with some punches.  Kimbo fails at the takedown and eats a knee to the body.  Mitrione is driving big knees to the body.  Mitrione to mount and he's pouring it on.  After about a minute and a half of unanswered beating from Mitrione the fight is finally stopped.  Matt Mitrione wins by TKO (punches), round 2.

Jeremy Stephens vs. Sam Stout - Round 1 - Leg kick from Stephens and he leaps in with a hook that gets countered by Stout.  Leg kick from Stout and he's taken down. Elbows from Stephens from the top.  Stout stands up though. Stephens is landing the better punches early. Overhand right from Jeremy lands hard.  Body shot by Stout.  Another body shot by Stout.  Right hand by Stephens knocks Stout back and then Jeremy lands a knee to the head.  Stout bleeding from the nose.  Leg kick from Stout.  Big shots continuing to land for Stephens.  Left to the body by Stout and then he eats a hard counter to the head.  Stephens keeps landing.  Leg kick from Stout.  Body kick from Stephens.  10-9 Stephens.  Round 2 - Stephens with a hard counter early.  Right hand from Stephens.  They go to the ground and Stout is on bottom looking for the kimura.  Back to standing and Stout is landing a few good punches early.  Jab from Stephens.  Stout with a nice punch/kick combo.  Hard shot from Stephens.  The round ends and it was much closer but I'd still score it for Stephens.  Round 3- Stephens shoots but can't get the takedown and eats a knee to the body.  Stout doing the better work this round and Stephens seems much slower and may be a little tired.  Looping punch lands for Stephens.  Body kick from Stout.  Jab from Stephens.  Knee to the chin by Stephens.  Stout lands a leg kick and Stephens goes down so Stout follows him down and lands some big elbows.  Back to standing now and Stephens is throwing with some very bad intentions.  Stephens with a takedown and Stout stands right back up.  10-9 round for Stout but I still give Stephens the fight 29-28.  Official Scorecards: 29-27 29-28 and 29-28 all for Jeremy Stephens.  Jeremy Stephens wins by unanimous decision.

Paul Daley vs. Josh Koscheck - Round 1 - Daley working the jab early.  Koscheck with a deep single leg and puts Daley down.  Daley works to stand up and Kos takes him right down.  Daley working to stand up using the fence but Koscheck isn't allowing it.  Daley gets full guard, tries to scramble to standing but gets his back taken.  Daley manages to scramble to standing and throws a knee that barely connects with Koscheck and he looks a the ref and falls down.  The doctor checks him and they do continue the fight.  A point was taken from Daley and Koscheck comes out of the situation looking a bit like a punk.  After the round ends Big Dan says the knee didn't land so no point deduction.  10-9 Koscheck.  Round 2 - Daley throws a combo early and Koscheck drives forward for the takedown.  Koscheck working to pass and isn't doing much damage.  Koscheck passes to mount twice and right away gets pulled back to half guard.  KOscheck still not doing much by way of damage.  He keeps working for mount but can't keep it for more than a second.  Finally Josh lands a hard punch.  Daley works to the cage to try and get to his feet but gets his back taken again. Koscheck does some work from the back but not very much.  The round ends and it was another clear 10-9 for Josh.  Round 3 - Uppercut from Daley misses.  Daley lands a good knee but Koscheck grabs another single leg.  Kos landing a few punches.  Again Koscheck moves to full mount.  Kos looks like he's content to cruise to a decision rather than take advantage of several chances to finish.  30-27 Koscheck.  After the fight Daley walks over to Koscheck and hits him with a sucker punch.  That is horrible.  I like Daley and we've had some professional correspondence in the past but that is horrible, disrespectful and dangerous  Official Scorecards: 30-27 across the board.  Josh Koscheck wins by unanimous decision.

Mauricio "Shogun" Rua vs. Lyoto Machida - Round 1 - Leg kick from Shogun, and a second.  Machida with a hard right hand that lands.  Shogun comes in with a flurry of punches that don't land but force the champ backward.  Machida with a glancing right and then a body lock takedown.  Shogun scrambles back to his feet and has Machida against the cage.  Shogun knees the legs.  Machida with a punch and then Shogun unloads and it looks like Machida is a bit hurt by the punch.  Machida again with the takedown and again Shogun stands but now Machida with a knee to the body.  Machida lands a knee to the head and they're back to distance.  Knee to the body by Machida.  Shogun drops him and then pounces into mount and lands a hard flurry and Machida is out cold.  Mauricio "Shogun" Rua wins by KO, round 1.
