Bloody Elbow is happy to bring live results and commentary for Israel Fighting Championship: Genesis event. IFC: Genesis is the debut of MMA in Israel and represents another significant step in the global expansion of mixed martial arts. Headlining the card is a triple main event of Sergey "Siberian" Shemetov vs. Jeff "The Snowman" Monson, Daniel "The Gladiator" Tabera vs. Ricco "Suave" Rodriguez and Roy "Popeye" Neeman vs. Frank "Twinkle Toes" Trigg.

Other fighters of note on the card are: Daniel Gracie, Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou, Hermes Franca and Shonie Carter.

The event will be streamed live at 2:00 p.m. ET Tuesday on Go Fight Live for $9.99 and I do urge anyone interested in watching the card to purchase it from GFL either live or via their replay service after the event ends. Don't wait for the videos to hit YouTube, reward companies that broadcast MMA.

We'll be back with our live results at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday.

I'm having significant problems with the Go Fight Live player so as of right now I can not bring live thoughts on the show. Updates shortly.

I'm back up now so I'll be starting our live coverage now:

Ariel Abergel vs. Thiago “Minu” Meller - Round 1 - Meller going for the guillotine while Ariel shoots but Abergel gets out. Minu quickly moves to an armbar and the fight is over. Wow, that was done with the quickness. Minu looked very slick. Thiago "Minu" Meller wins by submission (armbar), round 1.

Vitaly Shemetov vs. Alexandro Ceconi - Round 1 - Shemetov throwing hard punches early and he shoots in, gets a double leg but Ceconi moves from a guillotine to a leg lock and now Ceconi working to take the back. Now a body triangle is locked up and he is working to get the arm under the chin. Now Ceconi is throwing punches while riding Shemetov's back. Vitaly manages to turn over and stand up while avoiding the triangle choke. Ceconi is trying to get the fight back down after avoiding some flashy strikes. Takedown and now Ceconi gets mount and he's punching away from the top. Shemetov gives up his back but turns over to top again. Now Ceconi locks up a deep triangle and Shemetov is forced to tap 10 seconds before the end of the round. There is some confusion over if there was a tap or not but the ref says it was a tap and the fight is over. Replay makes it clearly look like a tap. Alexandro Ceconi wins by submission (triangle choke), round 1.

Jeremy Knafo vs. Shonie “Mr. International” Carter - Round 1 - Shonie misses with some kicks and a spinning backfist early. There is a lot of feeling out without a lot of action. They're trading punches against the cage now with Carter pinned to the fence. Knafo landing a few hard shots now. Shonie misses with a head kick attempt. Left hook by Carter lands and now Carter shoots but Knafo spralws well and lands some hard knees to the body. 10-9 round for Knafo who closes the round with some body shots.

Round 2 - Low kick by Carter and a body kick and Knafo misses the counter. Hard left by Shonie drops Knafo and Carter on top on the ground landing hammerfists and elbows. Carter trying to pass and Knafo is looking for a leg lock. Carter is safe from the leg lock and still on top but Knafo is going to recover from being stunned as he's making it hard on Shonie to do much work. A few nice punches from the top by Shonie. Knafo trying to set up an armbar but Shonie posturing well and still doing a little work with punches from inside Knafo's guard. The round ends with Carter still on top and he took the round to even it up at a round a piece.

Round 3 - Leg kick by Shonie, one in return from Knafo. Another low kick by Carter and Knafo lands a right hand counter. Overhand left by Shonie wobbles Knafo. As he tries to pounce Knafo throws some punches back and they stop so Shonie can put his mouthpiece back in. A few nice shots by Knafo and Shonie is hurt. In the clinch now as Knafo lands some knees and uppercuts. They trade some shots and Shonie's mouthpiece comes out again so the action is stopped again. Hard leg kick by Knafo. Shonie tries a kick, spinning backfist combo that doesn't land. He tries it again and gets popped with a jab. Hard left by Knafo again. Shonie with a body kick but his output has slowed badly this round. Nice punch lands for Shonie but Knafo takes it well. Shonie throws a few kicks and can't land and Knafo lands a few nice strikes before the end of the round.

Bloody Elbow scores the fight 29-28 for Jeremy Knafo

Official Scorecards: Jeremy Knafo wins by decision.

After the fight Shonie Carter just announced his retirement and complimented the country of Israel.

Martin Wojcik vs. Daniel Gracie - Round 1 - Gracie with a low kick and now he's circling away from Wojcik. Wojcik with a right and now a two punch combo. Another right from Wojcik. Head kick attempt from Wojcik and now Gracie pushes him into the cage landing a flurry of punches. Nice takedown into side control by Gracie. Gracie throwing some strikes and now Gracie takes the back. Gracie slides the elbow under the chin and locks in the choke. Wojcik is forced to tap out. Nice return to MMA action. Daniel Gracie wins by submission (rear naked choke), round 1.

Valdas Pocevicius vs. Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou - Round 1 - Pocevicius is looking to stay away early, any time Sokoudjou steps forward Pocevicius takes a step back and it's causing the crowd to start to boo. The ref stops the action and tells them to fight. Soko with a hard kick to the legs and then he misses a high kick and slips which causes Pocevicius to rush in but Soko is up and pushes him into the cage. Takedown by Sokoudjou. Soko landing some punches and moves to side control. Soko tries to take mount and Pocevicius manages to stand up and he's looking for his own takedown now. Soko turns it into his own trip takedown. They're back up and Soko lands hard knees before they go to the ground again and Sokoudjou with some ground and pound as the round ends. 10-9 Sokoudjou.

Round 2 - More tenative action to start the round. Hard low kick by Sokoudjou and now a big knee and he pushes Pocevicius into the cage. Another nice trip takedown by Soko and he's on top in Pocevicius' full guard. Big right hand by Soko and they're back to standing. Soko with another takedown and now he's in Pocevicius' half guard. A little work by Soko and the fight is stood up. The round ends, 10-9 Soko again.

Round 3 - A lot of nothing happens for the first two minutes of the final round. Leg kick by Sokoudjou. Overhand right by Pocevicius is missed by a mile. Leg kick by Soko lands...and another. Punch by Pocevicius almost lands, and I guess that is a minor victory. Soko with a body kick and a leg kick and the round ends. 10-9 Sokoudjou. The crowd boos loudly.

Bloody Elbow scores the fight 30-27 for Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou.

Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou wins by unanimous decision.

Moishe Kaitz vs. Hermes Franca - Round 1 - Jab and a leg kick by Kaitz and he shoots and takes Franca down. Kaitz tries to grab a leg lock and Franca is defending. Now Franca is on top which is the reason you don't dive for a leg and give up position. Kaitz locks up the full guard. Kaitz tries for a triangle and then back to the leg lock and he's on top now. Moishe is on top in Franca's half guard and landing some punches. Kaitz takes the back then tries to take a triangle but Franca gets up and is on top but gets hit by an upkick. Franca should probably try to stand up here but he's on top landing a few short punches. The round ends and I'd go 10-9 Kaitz.

Round 2 - High kick by Kaitz and a back kick both don't land solid but he's showing he has a little something on the feet. Jab by Kaitz now. Leg kick by Franca. Single leg by Kaitz and he's on top now. Franca stands up but Kaitz lands some nice knees and punches. Again Kaitz gets the takedown. Kaitz tries to take the back and then tries for a kneebar but Franca escapes. Left hand by Kaitz. Great reversal of a takedown attempt by Kaitz and he's back on top again. Franca manages to get back on top but doesn't do much with the position before the round ends. 10-9 Kaitz again.

Round 3 - Hermes looks motivated at the start of the round and he lands a couple leg kicks. Head kick missed by Franca. Kaitz shoots and Franca misses with a knee. Kaitz has him pushed into the cage now. Nice jabs by Kaitz and Franca lands a big uppercut so Kaitz pulls guard. Franca with a nice punch from the top now. Franca to side control but Kaitz pulls him back to half guard so Franca tells him to stand back up. Kaitz with a lazy shot and Franca is on top in mount. Framca landing big punches and elbows now and still in the mount. Kaitz is reduced to trying to hang on to the bell. Big elbow again by Franca. Franca landing a flurry of punches and the fight ends. I'd score it 10-8 Franca based on hurting Kaitz and mounting him while Kaitz did next to nothing so the fight is a draw on my card but I'm positive the judges will give it to Kaitz.

Bloody Elbow scores the fight 28-28.

Moishe Kaitz wins by decision.

Roy Neeman vs. Frank Trigg - Round 1 - Trigg throwing the jab early. Leg kick by Neeman lands softly and now a harder one. Trigg starting to let his hands go and Neeman is reacting poorly to the pressure. Trigg is really landing here. Right hand by Trigg drops him and Neeman gets back to his feet but after a few more punches he drops again. Trigg really letting go from the top. The ref jumps in and stops the fight as Neeman was taking enough punishment. Frank Trigg wins by TKO (punches), round 1.

Sergey Shemetov vs. Jeff Monson - Round 1 - Shemetov with a pair of hard leg kicks so Monson with a takedown and he's in side control already looking like he wants to go to the "Monson choke." Monson throwing some knees and elbows and he's really letting go with the knees to the ribs. This is rough for Shemetov. Briefly they were in north-south but back to side control and again Monson is throwing knees to the body and Shemetov smiles. Now Monson throwing big punches and elbows. Monson locks up a kimura and Shemetov is forced to tap out. That was domination right there. Jeff Monson wins by submission (kimura), round 1.

Daniel Tabera vs. Ricco Rodriguez - Round 1 - Low kick by Tabera. Head kick by Ricco misses. Low kick again by Tabera. Tabera circling away and Ricco has had enough so he takes him down. Tabera stands up and Rodriguez has his back and slams him down. Tabera tries for a leg but Ricco survives and takes full mount but gets a leg sucked back into half guard. Ricco landing a few elbows and punches from in the full guard now. Some more nice punches and the round ends. 10-9 Rodriguez.

Round 2 -Hard low kicks early by Tabera. Now Ricco grabs him and pushes him into the cage. Ricco with the takedown and Tabera rolls him but Ricco stands up. Now after a few minutes again Ricco takes him down. Some ground and pound and a slow round ends. 10-9 Rodriguez.

Round 3 - Takedown by Ricco and he's landing the elbows again and Tabera is starting to bleed. Rodriguez in side control landing more elbows. Tabera manages to get back to his feet. Tabera seems content to coast to a decision as he's getting outworked by a gassed Rodriguez here. Ricco with yet another takedown. Ricco just working with the punches and elbows and coasting to what should be a clear decision win. Tabera looks for a guillotine but he can't get it. The round ends and it's 10-9 Ricco for the clean sweep on the cards.

Ricco Rodriguez wins by decision.
