Jake Shields and Ben Askren got together to do some training for their upcoming fights. They both have grappling styles which call for a lot of scrambling and creativity which made for an entertaining training session. Shields is training for his highly anticipated UFC debut against Martin Kampmann on October 23 at UFC 121 and Askren for his Bellator 33 title bout against Lyman Good on October 21.
