Looks like Pat Smith was arrested on the 21st and no one seemed to notice. From KXII:
Bennington police say just before 4 a.m. they chased Patrick Bouvier Smith, 44, from Pennington to Durant in roughly seven minutes. Police say the mixed martial arts fighter was driving a black sport motorcycle at speeds of up to 130 miles per hour.
With the help of Durant police, Smith was arrested and taken to the Bryan County Jail.
Smith is charged with felony attempting to elude, possession of a prescription drug without a valid prescription, and reckless driving.
I don't know if this means Smith is not going to be able to fight in Yamma but I assume the felony charges will probably make traveling to New Jersey a bit of a pain in the ass. So now you have Don Frye pulling out of the Yamma main event, being replaced with Pat Smith who has now been arrested and is charged with a felony. I don't know how many old guys there are left for Yamma to call in to fight Taktarov, but they may want to start making their phone calls now.
