I think I have just as good standup as anyone in the division. Thiago is, out of the two of us, the better striker. Pound-for-pound, he's one of the best strikers in the world in the business today. But that doesn't mean that I can't stand in front of him, or even knock him out.
--Karo Parisyan in a great new interview at MMAMania.
In addition to discussing his gameplan for Thiago Alves, he talks about his injured left leg, his status as the best judo fighter in MMA, his new found interest in a fight against Jon Fitch, and what he really meant when he asked Nate Diaz, "do you know who I am?"
If you're a Karo mark like me you'll love this interview, our boy is in rare form.
