St. Pierre: "It's going to be a different story next time."

SLAM! Sports out of Canada has up a fluff piece on GSP and his thoughts on the rematch with Serra.  Nothing out of the ordinary, nothing you haven't heard before...but it's a Monday, work sucks and you want to read some MMA news.

Just how fluffy is it?

St. Pierre signed autographs at a Local Heroes "Meet 'n' Greet" Friday night and until the wee hours of yesterday morning, with money raised from the session going to CHEO.

He didn't even get up to go for a pee. Not once.

The real highlight though is the "bad blood" buildup starting.  Typical UFC "I like him..but he disrespected me" stuff.

"We'll see what's going to happen next time. We'll see if he's as good at fighting as he is at talking," Rush said, growing noticeably hot under the collar. "I have respect for him, but he has said a lot of things about me. I will let my fists do the talking next time I fight him. I've never answered him back. Next time I fight him, he's going to feel it.

"A lot of people asked me, 'what happened to you? You didn't look the same in your fight.' Maybe I shouldn't have said it, but I said I had issues, maybe I should have taken that fight. But I took it and I lost to a better man. That's it.

"He said I was giving excuses. Which is bad. I shouldn't say those things. But I did. He said, 'aw Frenchy, go back to your red wine and hockey game.' I'm a Frenchy guy ... okay man, we'll see next time. I never answered back to him, but I'm going to let my fist answer back next time. He's not my friend. I had a good relationship with him. He's a nice guy, he was a nice guy, until he crossed the line. Perfect. It's going to be a different story next time.

"I don't fight with my emotion," he added, "but when I have somebody say something like this, it gives me a lot of drive to train harder. So that's all good. I love that stuff."
