Imagine what this guy could do with world-class trainers, nutrition coaches and state of the art facilities. In this video, we get a glimpse into his training as well as a conversation between Filho and a GIGANTIC Ricardo Arona. Interestingly, Arona appears to have been recently stabbed and shows off the scars from the attack.
As a side note, some of the most decorated BJJ black belts I've talked to always seem very excited when Filho fights. There are several Mundial champions competing in MMA, but for whatever reason, the Old Guard of jiu-jitsu find his style not only technical but something of a throwback of earlier styles of BJJ. I can't quite put my finger on it, though.
