"Off The Mat" is a local MMA TV show in Northwest Arkansas (Fayetteville/UofA) hosted by Jon Urcuyo and Bernard Oliver.
Help my friends out by viewing and liking this video. Jon and Bernard love MMA and do a great job covering the sport and offering unique opinions and analysis, in an area of the country with little MMA coverage. Their shows are often filmed live at Buffalo Wild Wings and even broadcast on the televisions in the bar before UFC events.
Also... Jon has a better beard than Luke Thomas.
