The Nevada State Athletic Commission met today and selected Josh Rosenthal to referee the UFC 116 heavyweight title fight between Brock Lesnar and Shane Carwin. Representatives for Lesnar and the UFC were in attendance to request that Steve Mazzagatti be removed from consideration, although the NSAC denied this request.
