K-1 and Spike have announced a new deal that will bring every K-1 event to US customers, starting with live streams in 2012, and events aired on Spike in 2013.

Spike continued their anti-UFC campaign Monday with a release comparing the ratings of UFC's FX debut to their Fight Night events from last year.

Spike announced plans for The Ultimate Fighter marathons on Friday nights, counter-programming both the UFC and Bellator.

The UFC and Spike TV will go head-to-head once again as the network announced some counter-programming for UFC On Fox 2.

As the UFC brand erodes, they become ever more dependent on their biggest stars.
