DREAM and Strikeforce fighter Mitsuhiro Ishida (far right) will take part in a non-tournament Shoot Boxing bout against the promotion's top-ranked featherweight, Hiroaki Suzuki, at the 2010 S-Cup on Nov. 23 in Tokyo. Shoot Boxing combines kickboxing rules with standing submissions and throws.
Participating in the tournament will be Charles "Krazy Horse" Bennett, who meets former welterweight champion Takaaki Umeno.

Girls S-Cup champion Rena will face women's MMA legend Hisae Watanabe in a Shoot Boxing bout on April 11th in Tokyo. Watanabe retired from MMA at the end of 2007, but took part in an exhibition Shoot Boxing bout with Megumi Fujii last year.
Popular Shooto veteran Mamoru Yamaguchi (left) will face Team Oikawa's Naglancun Masa M16 at the next ShootBoxing "bushido" show on June 1st. Mamoru has gone 1-1 in Shoot Boxing thus far, but has faced some very tough opponents.
In his first post-IFL action, Chris Horodecki was defeated by Hiroki Shishido via unanimous decision in Japan on Monday as part of the first round of Shoot Boxing's S-Cup 2008 tournament. Horodecki is scheduled to return to MMA as part of Affliction's "Day of Reckoning" PPV in January, where he'll square off against Dan Lauzon. Lauzon is riding a seven-fight win streak, having TKO'd Justin Hammertrum at WCF 5 just over a week ago.
