The UFC will uphold any potential suspension for Nate Diaz as a result of the April Strikeforce brawl, according to Dana White via MMA Weekly: "If he gets suspended we're going to honor it," said UFC president Dana White on Saturday following UFC 114. "I didn't hear that he was going to get suspended. I didn't hear that, but if he does, it is what it is," said White. "These things happen when you get in a fight like that." Rumours were abound yesterday that Phil Baroni and Marcus Davis would engage in a battle at UFC 111 in March but, in an interview with MMAWeekly, Baroni revealed that he hasn't agreed to any bout and that he is currently in limbo regarding his training. "I can’t keep doing the same thing over and over again and expect different results," Baroni announced. Following his loss to Amir Sadollah at UFC 106, Baroni seems intent on kickstarting his career rather than resting on his laurels and not moving forward. "A lot of people were asking me, ‘how does it feel to be back in the UFC?’ I was like, no different. Just like any other fight," 'The New York Bad Ass' admitted. "At this point in my life, it’s just become my job. That’s the problem. It’s like punching the time clock to go train. It’s not fun at all. It hasn’t been fun at all. It’s just been miserable." Regarding where the change in tact may see him go, he added, "I’ve just got to find fun and be happy. Not to just feel like I have to go train….(expletive) that."
