The nail in the coffin may have finally been struck for the career of Matt Lindland at KSW 16 on Saturday as Sengoku veteran Mamed Khalidov made quick work of the UFC veteran, choking him out via guillotine in the first round of action in the main event of the evening in Gdansk, Poland.

KSW 16 will take place at Ergo Arena in Gdansk, Poland on Saturday, May 21st at 8:00 PM CET (2:00 PM ET). The main event of the evening will feature a heavyweight title featuring former Strongman competitor Mariusz Pudzianowski battling PRIDE veteran James Thompson.
