MMA Fighter and Pro Wrestler King Mo Lawal talks about a recent video circling the internet where he knocked out another man during a boxing practice. King Mo says that the boxer thought he was a punk for doing MMA and that some boxers do not respect MMA. King MO as a result had to show him his own right hand and why he should always be respected.

This week we had King Mo on the show and apparently he's not the only one tired of people talking about Strikeforce fighters going to the UFC. I've been saying it for a while. Strikeforce is a good org, let them live. If all of Strikeforce's best fighters went to the UFC then they couldnt survive. Strikeforce gives fighters more opportunities and it's good for the sport.
