Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, Marc Ratner, was appointed chairman of the newly-formed Technical Committee within the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF).

The International MMA Federation has been formed with the full backing of the UFC to support amateur MMA around the world,
