Did you know Ed O'Neil has a black belt in Gracie Jiu Jitsu? I read about this in an article on celebrities that practice martial arts in one of those crappy MMA magazines at the grocery store yesterday. The article said he earned it in December of 2007. I wasnt sure if it was true since it just touched on it briefly, so I Googled and found a video of his black belt ceremony. Kind of funny to know that the guy that played Al Bundy received a BJJ black belt. If this is something that everyone already knows, I apologize.
