Dan Hardy is taking some time off to deal with his "Wolf Heart" condition and, in the process, adding to his expansive tattoo collection with the help of the super talented Tim Hendricks. Little chance Hendricks screws up any piece, much less on the former UFC No. 1 Welterweight contender. Indeed, "The Outlaw" might be a "changed man," but it's safe to assume he's not choking out Hendricks anytime soon.
The UFC dropped a bombshell today with the release of former Welterweight contender Jon Fitch. Many fans lashed out at the promotion's decision to retain fighters with worse records recently. Dan Hardy, who was kept on the roster after losing 4 consecutive fights, was a prime target. This is how Hardy responded to that criticism.
This week's episode of the podcast Doug Loves Movies features Dan Hardy as part of Doug Benson's guest panel. Along with general roundtable chatter at the top of the show, the guests are subjected to games tangentially related to movie knowledge. I can't vouch for this episode in particular as it's just been posted, but DLM is consistently one of my favorite podcasts. Although Doug is a fight fan, I wouldn't expect a lot of hard-hitting analysis.

A surprisingly entertaining video of Joe Lauzon at the Gun Store shooting with Ms. Tracey Lee, Dan Hardy and Roy Nelson.
