Tatame reports that Bloody Elbow's #1-ranked featherweight prospect, Antonio Carvalho, has suffered an injury and will pull out of his UFC 134 fight with Yuri Alcantara.
Replacing Carvalho in the featherweight bout is Felipe "Sertanejo" Arantes (13-3), who trains at Chute Boxe, as well as under Jorge Patino and the Macaco Gold Team.

Sherdog reports that Canada-based featherweight standout, Antonio "Pato" Carvalho (13-4), has signed with the UFC and will face Yuri Alcantara (25-3), at UFC 134 in Rio. Carvalho was ranked the #1 featherweight prospect on BloodyElbow.com's 2011 World MMA Scouting Report.
Alcantara was initially reported to be facing Mackens Semerzier, but that bout was apparently scrapped.

TheScore Fighting Series announced their first event for June 10th which will take place in the Hershey Centre in Mississauga, Ontario. Tapped for the card so far are former UFC fighters Sokoudjou and Joe Doerksen, as well as Canadian welterweight and rising star Jordan Mein and BE's # 1 rated featherweight prospect Antonio Carvalho.
