Ian Freeman: Evil By Natural Law?

Wow.....Ian sure looks...umm, ready (I believe that is the BloodyElbow.com legal team approved term) ..... for his show down with Paul Cahoon later today at Cage Rage.

With a body like that he must hire a personal trainer to train every day, his meals consist of meal replacement powders, energy bars, shakes, and boatloads of supplements. Throw in a little ZMA, too. At the age of 42.

Must be great genetics.

well, it paid off for him.. whatever he did. he just pulled off a Randy Couture, although i'm guessing it was not as "Natural"? :p

but i think its not quite impressive.. he just UD'd a 10-10(w-L)champion.. wasn't close to submitting or KO'ing Cahoon.. and it was in a 3 round bout? whats up with that? the cage rage site listed it as a 5 rounder..

also, on another note, that semtex dude is quite a character.. all riled up and cussing on live tv, calling the champ a cunt.. i guess his "retirement" made him eager to fight..

the mouth breather in me loves these cage rage shows....lot of brawling, slobberknocker type fights that they really hype and use the hard sell on. Lots of old school interviews to gin up some animosity between the two guys. I'm a sucker for mma..... i watch the ifl and actually didn't hate Yamma........i felt strangely neutral for some reason.

Daley was hilarious, kinda of a Mayweather type. Him calling the guy a cunt was funny, the word has a different context over there, it is still a curse word but is thrown around much more freely. I wanna see semtex and jake shields get it on in EXC.

You can be a sucker for MMA and hate YAMMA. It was shit.

Speaking of YAMMA, I wonder if Freeman will get a call up from Bobby Meyrowitz to come and fight in a superfight for YAMMA 2. If it does happen I'm guessing either, a) he refuses, because firstly YAMMA is shit and secondly he can't be arsed flying from England or b) he accepts and turns up with a much less ripped body shape...
