UFC 84 Preview: Lyoto Machida

I adapted my karate for MMA. I know I have good timing in fighting. I have good distancing.

I think that Tito, he doesn't have good distancing. He presses a lot. But for me, this is good. I can use my escaping, my technique, my punching, my kicking. I can put him in my distancing. I can put him in my timing. This is great for me.

Re: Quote of the Day
He also mentioned punching and kicking.  I don't recall Starnes doing much of that.
