Your's truly got the opportunity to speak with the two main event fighters of UFC Fight Night 13 recently. Florian talked a lot of BJ Penn and why Lauzon might think he's Penn (to his detriment).
Lauzon defended his mentor and explained why he's as good a coach as he is a fighter.
Lastly, MMA photographer Tracy Lee (whose work I use routinely for 'Snapshot of the Day') talks about her work with CombatLifestyle.com and how she got into MMA photography.

I tried to use one of the online file conversion mechanisms to convert the file to something else. (My lovely corporate draconian network refuses to let me listen or download anything with the MP3 extension.
No dice.
