Very soon, all of us hardcores will be right back watching Japanese MMA, longing for the days of the UFC. "Very soon" to the average idiot American = 4-5 years.
If this sport "blows up", it will be "Thug" and little else. This is the crowd that will be buying tickets, thirsty for more violence.
True MMA is hardly violent, via my definition of two men ( or women ) enter an arena of combat and engaging in a challenging sport voluntarily.
Soon it will be hardly more than legalized street fights. BJJ is dying, as is pure wrestling. You think CBS getting in on the act is a good thing? They will sell to the least common denominator every time.
WE started in Vale Tudo, and we will end in Vale Tudo. Wheels within wheels in a spiral array, a pattern so grand and complex, time after time we lose sight of the way, our causes cant see their affects.
Wheels, or circles, they are the way of life. We started there, we will end there.

Some of the celebs such as luda do know about MMA and not to mention floyd Mayweather's knowledge of contact and his future in the mixed martial arts.
The celebs who didn't know mma picked great coaches such as shonie carter and jermaine Andre.
The person who invented the UFC created this show, and if you are wondering how i saw the show 10 days before it was aired, the guy who created this show and the UFC is my father, Campbell McLaren, look him.
