I find it highly interesting that the conspiracy charge was not dismissed. That seemed like the biggest stretch at the beginning. Randy is now going to have to face deposition under oath.
People convinced Randy it would be easy to get out of the contract and do the fights he wanted for millions. He got bad advice.
