I've gotta admit that small clips like those that can just be run before a movie comes on or whatever are great for peaking peoples interest in watching a show.  HBO's 24/7 stuff is great but it's too long to really catch a casual guy and rope him in most of the time...but a 3 minute thing that can be played while people are waiting for their movie to start...PERFECT.

As if we needed more reasons to dislike Frank.

I actually liked him more after this - by not letting him go on and on he's not as much of a bore. Still a cocky jerk, but a teensy bit likable.
