Around SBN: Dana White Announces Koscheck vs. Hendricks for UFC on FOX

Hell Of A Night

First off, I'm very willing to take all the insults I deserve for picking Brock.  He looked great to start but his lack of ground experience caught up with him quickly.  It was a hell of an exciting minute though!  I wonder what's next for him...he costs too much to face a guy like Hardonk, I suspect they'll put him against a striker for him to take down.  Sylvia would probably be death, but it would be a spectacle.  Seeing Steve Austin hammered at UFC was awesome.

The moment of the night was Nog's comeback.  Just a classic and fabulous win.  I realize Randy is turning his life upside down to fight a guy some online fans think is best in the world, but he should stop this ridiculous charade and come fight Nogueira.

Elsewhere, the card was very entertaining.  I'm just thrilled Nogueira won, and I hope he fights Mir instead of Werdum.

Re: Hell Of A Night
I knew Nogueira would win.
Sure it was a tougher fight than I would expect.
But i knew it was just a matter of time before Nog submit Tim.
I was just watching UCF 77 and the votes was 53 for Frankling.
That is symbolic, everyone that understand a little bit of MMA knew Anderson would won very easily.
I guess the lesson here is not to believe the hype.
If you got a little bit of knowedge of the fight system, you can chose the probably winner.
I´m sure Sylvia had a puncher´s chance, but based on skill and compettion there was no doubt.
Nogueira can take a punch, recover and submit you.
Every MMA fan konws that.
WAR NOG.

Re: Hell Of A Night
I think that with they way they played the "Fran Mir broke Tim's arm" clip a THOUSAND times in the last week (All Access, Countdown, PPV Preview, PPV commericlas, 80 times during the PPV), Frank vs. Tim makes more sense than Brock vs. Tim.

This would free up Brock to fight Arlovski which would be an excellent way for the UFC to get rid of him the way that they're throwing Tito at Machida.

Re: Hell Of A Night
They already have Arlovski's last fight on his current contract made.  If Arlovski re-signs and that fight was made he'd crush Brock at Lesnar's current skill level.
