Mir is being a cocky bitch IMO... he thinks he can start training 2 months before the fight and tell a world class wrestler like Lesnar that it was a mistake for him to take the fight? This guy just got TKO'ed by Vera and hes acting like its a privilege to sign a fight with him... I hope he gets KO'ed.

I'm also sure that less training than normal will do wonders for Mir's legendary endurance.

The Mir fight makes so much sense for the UFC. They get to put Lesnar up against a well known former champion that he should probably be able to beat just thanks to coming into the fight in superior condition.

Where by "superior condition" we mean juiced to the gills on roids? Oh wait, he's training with Sean Sherk, so he should know whatever tricks Sean has picked up to avoid popping positive.

The reason that the fight makes sense is that either of these guys would make a good #1 contender. But Mir needs some more wins, and Lesnar needs to have fought serious competition. And the upside is that they can cast aside the loser easily: If Lesnar wins, Mir is a washout. If Mir wins, Lesnar was just a tourist.
