That's how much the Elite XC/Strikeforce show took home if you subtract fighter pay from live gate attendance.  The number of PPV buys is still unknown, but when the UFC is raking in millions from live gate ticket sales at sub-par shows, you have to think that speaks volumes about how much deeper the UFC penetrates the combat sports fan base.  Maybe ProElite isn't going to challenge Zuffa afterall.
