Even though TRT is banned in UFC, just wanted to share a quick newspaper article!
"Ontario over 15 years, despite the fact only 6.3 per cent of men newly starting the treatment were actually diagnosed with a condition that would require TRT, a new report concludes."
This isn't even talking about athletes which I would assume is much, much lower.
If we translate this percentage over to UFC fighters who are confirmed to have used TRT in the past (list below), 0.82 of 13 people would actually have been diagnosed with a condition that would require TRT. In my opinion, the only person who has shown they have a medical need for TRT is Bigfoot. Considering that 0.82 persons equates to 0.33 Bigfoot Silva's, only a third of Bigfoot has a legit reason for being on TRT. Of course, this is a gross over-simplification of statistics but it's interesting to just see an actual number.
Just further cements what everyone was already thinking.
