Slow news days,
While some love to complain, I find relief in them.
I myself see a slow news day and think ""thank god one of my favourite fights haven't been ruined by injury, or a fighter or trainer or manager etc representing mma hasn't said something stupid.
We love this sport for its excitement and unpredictability , not only are the fights uncertain but out of the cage some crazy things go down.
After that crazy year we had with injuries, not waking up at 5am reading some mma news, seeing a bombshell of an announcement of cool main event getting canceled , is a real breathe of fresh air, I'm still recovering from that time of uncertainty.
All I'm saying friends, a slow news day may not bring the reading material and entertainment we would like, but take comfort in the fact that the sport we love has some security and consistency, SOME.
