EA Sports UFC latest gameplay video highlights new submission system

EA Sports UFC has released new gameplay footage showing you how their new submission system works, as demonstrated on-screen by Ronda Rousey vs. Miesha Tate.

Last week the EA Sports development team released a demo round of their upcoming UFC video game, which featured lightweight champion Anthony Pettis against featherweight champion Jose Aldo. It's the first of what should be many new clips that will be shown to the public before the game hits the shelves.

This latest one takes a look at the workings of the re-tooled submission system, which is no longer a "cat and mouse" type of chase as you saw in THQ's Undisputed 3. I'm not the best person to explain the new system, but thankfully this video has a narrator to take you through the step-by-step process through a simulation of Ronda Rousey versus Miesha Tate.

EA Sports UFC will be released on June 17th exclusively for next-gen consoles Playstation 4 and Xbox One. There will be a playable demo before the full game comes out, but no date for that has been confirmed.
