Dana White on Ronda Rousey: 'She's the new Chuck Liddell'

Jayne Kamin-Oncea-USA TODAY Spor

UFC president Dana White is very happy that Ronda Rousey wants to fight a lot, and referred to her as "the new Chuck Liddell".

Dana White is never short of praise for his UFC women's bantamweight champion, and he served up another helping on Saturday night following UFC on Fox 11. It was recently announced that Ronda Rousey will fight Alexis Davis at UFC 175 in July, and White was very happy that Ronda was willing to fight again so soon despite a busy schedule with movies. He even compared her to one of the greatest fighters in company history, the Iceman himself:

"Ronda called me and says, 'I want to fight.' Ronda is my new Chuck Liddell, man, seriously. She is my new Chuck Liddell. She will fight anybody, anywhere, at any time. She wants to stay busy, she wants to keep fighting. You tell her she can't fight and she'll say, 'F**k you, I want to fight.' She will fight back-to-back, she will fight on 24 hours' notice. She's the new Chuck Liddell."

Rousey (9-0) has successfully defended her title three times in the UFC, including twice in the last four months. Her last win over Sara McMann came in just 66 seconds, and it was the first TKO win of her career.
