Video: TUF Nations' Sheldon Westcott advances to welterweight final via 'Von Flue Choke'

See how TUF Nations' welterweight Sheldon Westcott advanced to Wednesday's tournament final with a slick submission victory over Vik Grujic.

You might recall Ovince St. Preux defeating Nikita Krylov at UFC 171 with the rare "Von Flue Choke", which is a submission named after Jason Von Flue (but presumably was originally created by Steven Seagal), and is used to counter a guillotine choke from side control.

TUF Nations' Canadian welterweight Sheldon Westcott not only used the Von Flue Choke to submit Australia's Vik Grujic in their semifinal match-up, but he did so from half-guard. Grujic instantly tapped after Westcott set up the choke, advancing him to Wednesday's final against Elias Theodorou.

The UFC has uploaded the video of this very quick fight.
